How do i return & How long does a return take?
Return Request
Unconditional returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees (must be requested within 7 days of delivery).
If the product does not match the description (defective items, poor quality, or other product issues), the return or refund shipping fee will be covered by us (must be requested within 30 days of receipt).
Please repack the item in its original packaging or a secure, waterproof package, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached.
Processing Time: We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.
Return requirements:
Shipping charges for returns will be applied according to the local post office's rates and policies.
If you have not received your order:
After providing proof of non-receipt and upon verification, you must contact us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered to arrange a reshipment or refund.
Initiation of returns:

Exceptional cases:
If a return is rejected, a refund will only be issued after the seller receives the returned package. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
If a buyer returns a package without the seller's prior consent, the seller reserves the right to refuse the package, and any associated costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows excessive wear, improper use, evidence of fraud, violation of our return policies.
